The holidays can be meaningful, enjoyable and surprisingly stressful.
More people. More expectations. More decisions. More travel. More family dynamics.
And sometimes, less sleep, less routine, and less space to reset.
Even things you normally handle well can start to feel heavier.
In this live Meetup, we’ll look at practical ways to work with stress and anxiety during the holiday season without trying to force yourself to “just relax.”
We’ll talk about:

  • why stress can build faster when your routine changes
  • how anticipation and overthinking can make events feel stressful before they even happen
  • what to do when your body stays tense or on alert
  • how to create small moments of recovery when there isn’t much downtime
  • how to respond differently when familiar anxiety patterns begin to show up

The goal is not to make the holidays perfect.
It’s to help you notice when stress is building and give yourself a clearer way to respond before it takes over the whole experience.
We’ll also finish with a short guided practice you can use during busy or emotionally charged moments.
If the holidays tend to leave you feeling overwhelmed, tense, mentally exhausted, or like you’re constantly “on,” this Meetup is for you.
