About us

Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) captures the essence of meditation practice in a simple, easy-to-apply approach that focuses on the transformative effects of meditation. The AAM program has been designed by Mingyur Rinpoche a world-renowned meditation teacher and best-selling author, who blends ancient wisdom with neuroscience and humour.

We meet at least once a month (on the last Tuesday), and usually once more during the month to include those with different schedules.

Join us to meditate, to find out more about the program, and discuss how your practice is going.

Open to all, whether you are a beginner, or an experienced meditator curious about different approaches.

This is a new program created by Mingyur Rinpoche., a world-renowned meditation teacher who blends ancient wisdom with neuroscience and humor.

This meeting is a chance to:

  • Learn more about the Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) program.
  • Try out some of the practices
  • Discuss the challenges of creating and sustaining a meditation practice
  • Share your experience with meditation
  • Share your experience with AAM Meditation if you've had some

You will get a short overview of the program but mostly we will meditate, and chat about meditation.

If you'd like to try out the AAM approach, "Feel Better Now" is a free 3 day mini course.
