Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) captures the essence of meditation practice in a simple, easy-to-apply approach that focuses on the transformative effects of meditation. The AAM program has been designed by Mingyur Rinpoche a world-renowned meditation teacher and best-selling author, who blends ancient wisdom with neuroscience and humor.

We meet at least once a month (on the last Tuesday), and usually once more during the month to include those with different schedules.

Join us to meditate, to find out more about the program, and discuss how your practice is going.

Open to all, whether you are a beginner, or an experienced meditator curious about different approaches.
