Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) captures the essence of meditation practice in a simple, easy-to-apply approach that focuses on the transformative effects of meditation. Accessible to people of all cultures and faiths, AAM makes meditation practice approachable and effective.

This is a new program created by Mingyur Rinpoche., a world-renowned meditation teacher who blends ancient wisdom with neuroscience and humor.

This meeting is a chance to:

  • Learn more about the Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) program.
  • Try out some of the practices
  • Discuss the challenges of creating and sustaining a meditation practice
  • Share your experience with meditation
  • Share your experience with AAM Meditation if you've had some

You will get a short overview of the program but mostly we will meditate, and chat about meditation.
