The Appalachian Mountain Club is America's oldest conservation and recreation organization. The AMC promotes the protection, enjoyment and stewardship of the mountains, forests, waters and trails of the Appalachian region. The mission of AMC Worcester is to encourage people to enjoy and appreciate the natural world because we believe that successful conservation depends on this experience.

The AMC Worcester Chapter’s annual 3rd Wednesday picnic will be held at Ellsworth McAfee Park, 363 South Street, Route 135, Northboro, Mass. Picnic-central will be the pavilion, but we’ll have access to ball fields, courts, gazebo, walking track, and plenty of open space.
Free. Please bring a dish to share - entree, side, appetizer, dessert, drinks (non-alcohol). Bring lawn games, balls, whatever you like to play. Bring friends, family, kids, adults - all welcome, membership NOT required. Registering HERE is helpful for our planning, but not required.
