What we’re about
IMPORTANT: We have retired the separate AMC Worcester Third Wednesday Meetup group. At this point it does not make sense to maintain 2 distinct Meetup groups, so if you are not already a part of our main AMC Worcester Meetup group, please join here now. All future Third Wednesday events will be posted here.
The Appalachian Mountain Club is America's oldest conservation and recreation organization. The AMC promotes the protection, enjoyment and stewardship of the mountains, forests, waters and trails of the Appalachian region. The mission of AMC Worcester is to encourage people to enjoy and appreciate the natural world because we believe that successful conservation depends on this experience.
