Welcome to Après Mahj! 🀄️ A new social American mahjong meetup based in Bend for anyone interested in learning, playing, and meeting new people through mahjong.
If you’ve never played, I host ~2 meetups per month are where I teach you how we to play and you can come practice with other beginners while I’m there for guidance. We ask that if you’ve never played, you attend at least 2 beginners meetups before the intermediate+ one. 😊
The vision is a fun, social, and welcoming meetup where we can rotate between places like Ponch’s Place, local coffee shops/breweries, or even occasional member-hosted game nights.
This group is just getting started, so the goal right now is to gather folks who are interested and build a community together. Whether you've played for years or have never touched a tile before, you're invited
There’s a 60-day free trial while the group gets started and people can see if the vibe fits what you’re looking for. After that, membership is $5/month to help cover platform fees & basic supplies.
