Argentina Data Science Meetup group has been created with a simple goal "Share your knowledge with the community".

Data Scientists in Argentina are working on incredible projects, several of them on Conicet and some international startups and corporations. We "converted" this ex Machine Learning Meetup as a forum to showcase this ongoing work, to spread knowledge and help the data science community level up.

We want to talk about real cases backed up by: big data analytics, distributed data analytics, Pig, Hive, data mining, machine learning, scalable data analytics, predictive analytics, statistical computing, applied statistics, R language, Python, NLP, large scale analytical paradigms, data science opportunities & challenges, data science learning & training...
