Arie’s Small Private Tour

Hi everyone! This would be my first hosted tour, so I want to make sure everything is clear for everyone. Please read through all the details so there are no surprises and we can all have a great time together!

Who am I?
My name is Arie, I’m 26 years old and I love travelling. Over the years I’ve done many solo trips and always enjoyed the smaller, more personal tours hosted by locals. Now that I have more time on my hands, I want to do the same for other travellers!

Who is this tour for?
This tour is aimed at solo travellers who want to meet new people, and expats looking to explore more of the Netherlands. I intentionally keep this tour for individuals only — no couples or pre-formed groups — because the whole point is that you connect with the people you meet on the day.

What to expect
We depart from a station in or around Amsterdam (will be communicated later) at approximately 11 am by car and head to the Keukenhof, one of the world’s most famous flower parks. We’ll spend a good chunk of the morning exploring the park at our own pace, but of course together as a group.
Afterwards, we’ll drive through the surrounding bulb fields — the bollenstreek — stopping along the way for views and photos of the iconic tulip and flower fields.
I expect to drop everyone off back in Amsterdam around 5:00 PM, though this may vary slightly depending on the day.

Group size: Maximum 4 people excl me, to keep it personal and fun.

The cost
A small fee is charged to cover shared costs such as fuel, parking and MeetUp fees. Keukenhof entrance tickets are not included — I recommend booking your own ticket in advance via the official Keukenhof website (keukenhof.nl). It’s straightforward, but feel free to message me if you need help. I can also book the ticket for you if preferred.

Please only purchase your ticket once you’ve received confirmation that your spot on the tour is secured.

Food & drinks
Food and drinks are not included. There’s plenty to eat and drink inside the Keukenhof park, or you’re welcome to bring your own snacks and lunch.

Cancellation policy
Life happens! You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations after that point unfortunately cannot be refunded.

How to join
Request to join and once confirmed, I’ll reach out personally with all the details and add you to our WhatsApp group. You’ll also receive the payment link at that point.

Note: I’m not a taxi driver and I don’t have a big car. There is no room for big bags or luggage. A small backpack or bag is acceptable.
