That Lake Havasu is BIG? Nearly the same size as Roosevelt Lake! It is about 45 miles long and 3 miles wide at its widest point.

"Havasu" means "blue-green water" in the local Havasupai language, reflecting the lake's vibrant color.
The venue has on-beach dry camping (Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor Lot 2) right on the water and super close to the yacht club (and bar)!
Lake Havasu is also the site of the London Bridge! Contrary to rumors, Robert McCulloch did know which bridge he was buying, and it is a top tourist draw in Arizona.
By all reports this is one of the nicest regatta venues out there!
