🌿 Talking Circle: Everyday is Ceremony — Ceremony as a Way of Life
📍 Pyle Adult Recreation Center, Payson Room, Tempe AZ
🗓️ Wednesday, September 10 | 6:00–7:30 PM
Ceremony is more than ritual—it is a way of living in relationship with ourselves, one another, and the natural world. In this Talking Circle, we’ll explore how Indigenous lifeways understand every act, from rising in the morning to sharing a meal, as part of ceremony. From a clinical perspective, we’ll also look at how intentional practice and mindfulness create grounding, resilience, and deeper meaning in daily life.
💠In this circle, we’ll reflect on:
• How ceremony has been carried across cultures and lineages
• The healing role of rhythm, ritual, and intention
• Ways to bring sacred awareness into everyday actions
• Reclaiming ceremony as both personal practice and collective medicine
✨ What to Expect:
• A grounding practice to open sacred space
• Sharing circle with teachings from Indigenous and therapeutic lenses
• Reflections + simple tools to integrate ceremony into daily rhythms
Bring a journal, an open heart, and (if you wish) a small sacred item for the altar space. This gathering is part of The Medicine Way’s community series—where we remember, heal, and walk together in beauty.
*Free/donation based event.
