Family Constellations themed workshops offer an opportunity for participants to engage in observation, “connecting the dots,” and taking initial steps toward gentle shifts. Through guided exercises and meditations, attendees can gain valuable insights into their personal challenges, family dynamics, and inherited ancestral patterns. These workshops create a supportive environment for exploration, growth, and transformation, enabling participants to embark on a journey toward healing and alignment with their true selves.

Welcome to our traditional year-end gathering - a space to pause, take a breath, and support the transition from the old to the new. Together, we will acknowledge what 2025 has brought into our lives, integrating both its light and shadow, and release what has completed its cycle.
Then we’ll turn toward what is opening in 2026 - sensing what wishes to grow, what needs our care, and gathering the inner and outer resources to support it.

Each participant will have a chance to gain a clearer sense of their own situation, take a step or two forward, and connect with what feels alive and nurturing for the year ahead.

• Integration: Acknowledging 2025 - its light and shadow - and allowing both to find their place within us.
• Setting into Motion: Looking into what is asking for our presence and care as we enter a new cycle.
• Resources and Renewal: Gathering support from within, from our lineage, and from the world around us for the year ahead, our personal plans and hopes.

This is the season of gifts - and I hope each of you receives something meaningful to carry into the new year: new insights, a release of what is ready to part, and renewed energy and resources for new beginnings and the path ahead.
