Combining two gentle movement practices, this 4-week series guides you to more balance, flexibility and calm.

This innovative series combines the flowing Tai Chi Yang 24 form with the restorative Qi Gong Eight Brocades movements to support greater balance, flexibility, strength, and inner calm.
Through slow, mindful movement, gentle stretching, and breath awareness, you’ll release tension, improve posture, and build steadiness in the body. The practice feels like moving meditation, blending ease with whole-body support.

Expect a light to moderate pace, with a focus on alignment, relaxed breathing, and moving comfortably within your range.
