According to research, learning to embroider can help us develop mindfulness, lower our stress levels, ease restlessness and tension, calm our emotions, and boost our happiness and self-awareness.

Surprisingly, hobbies like embroidering can help improve mental wellness.

This group's mission is to unite people of all racial and cultural backgrounds to foster their creative potential and practice the art of mindfulness through embroidery.
I'll be running workshops where we can practice embroidery while networking and having a good time.
