Art at The Museum

Hello! I'm Melissa, a local artist in San Diego who focuses on creating mixed-media sculptures with embellishments of natural earth elements such as precious crystal, pearl and shell - inspired by our beautiful city.

I am super excited to share that I’ve partnered with The Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla as a teaching artist to share my self-developed techniques with the community. 🎨

Throughout my career, I’ve honed numerous methods—strategic and spiritual—that I’m eager to pass on to aspiring artists.
We’ll be creating amidst the stunning oceanfront views at The Conrad Prebys Learning Center within the Museum of Contemporary Art, La Jolla. Students will enjoy full access to the museum for the day!
