Art For Sorting Things Out is drawing with the intention of moving freely and consistently towards your goals and purpose in life. That said, it isn't always easy, and you can can overwhelmed or blocked.
Get back on track with art techniques that are simple and anyone can do. You don’t need any special tools or materials, just something to write with and something to write on. Many of these art practices have been called, and been proven to be, therapeutic and healing. Use these art forms as tools to help when feeling overwhelmed, confused, frustrated, or blocked.
