You are invited to join master vocalist and healing arts practitioner Brittany Loewen for an hour of musical, meditative bliss at Expressive Arts in North Park! Marking one year since the release of her album When the Earth Sings, this peaceful community gathering will celebrate the gift of music as medicine for the mind, body, and soul.

We will begin by humming together to create our sacred sound container, then we will relax together as we enjoy a soothing presentation of sound and song designed for nervous system harmony. The positive effects of this practice last well beyond the hour and will ripple out far and wide in loving resonance!

Some supplies will be provided, but to ensure your own comfort, please bring items such as yoga mats, pillows, blankets, crystals, eye masks, and other supportive elements for your rest. Thank you!
