What we’re about
The purpose of the Art House Screenwriting Group is a group for people interested in the art and business of writing screenplays. If you aspire or have any interest in how screenplays are written and what constitutes a good screenplay, then this is the group for you. At events we will read screenplay requested by members. At past groups we have read Casablanca, Empire Strikes Back, Unforgiven, and starting in September On the Waterfront. We will discuss various scenes from the screenplays and talk about what works and what doesn't. We will also screen films and discuss them.
