What we're about

During COVID-19 most sessions are now online, via Zoom.

We offer Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy (MBAT), Art Therapy, and Mindfulness Sessions, for groups and individuals. Group sessions are held in central London and central Brighton. Individual sessions are face-to-face or via Skype. Sessions are suitable for adults, including those who have experienced mental health challenges.

Join this group if you would like to explore your creativity and capacity to be mindful, and to meet other people with similar interests.

Open to all levels of experience.
Bring some art materials to the session.

There will be an opportunity to learn more what happens in art therapy and mindfulness sessions and ask any questions you may have. You may also be interested in our two hour and day long workshops.

Through mindfulness practice, inner inquiry, and creative expression you can learn to open up to life with all its challenges and delights and to find new ways to accept and live with them. Helping you feel resourced and resilient during these challenging times.

The workshop is facilitated by Nicky Roland, Art Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher.
