## ✨ THE EVENT
Join us for a very special visit to The New York Society Library, one of New York City’s most historic, elegant, and lesser-known cultural institutions.
Founded in 1754, the New York Society Library is the oldest library in New York City and one of the oldest cultural institutions in the United States. Today, it remains a beautiful private membership library housed in a landmark building on East 79th Street.
This is not a typical public museum visit. The New York Society Library is a special place that many New Yorkers walk past without ever having the opportunity to enter.
For this event, 15 lucky members will have the chance to enjoy a free docent-led group tour and learn about the Library’s history, building, collections, and cultural importance.

• Its landmark building on East 79th Street
• Historic reading rooms and member spaces
• Special collections and literary treasures
