A community for people who want more creativity, friendship, inspiration, play, and meaningful connection in their lives.
We gather around art, conversation, creative experiences, shared inspiration, and a little artfully structured play. You don't need to consider yourself an artist or naturally outgoing. Come curious.
Some gatherings may include collaborative art, open studios, creative prompts, show-and-tell, storytelling, movement, meaningful conversation, or simply opportunities to make things alongside other people.

Creative Art of Community

Join us for 4 Saturday afternoons in October. You will experience guided structured play, creative prompts, small-group conversations, sharing what inspires us, and making art alongside one another.
Each gathering includes 2 hours of guided connection, play & creativity + an optional 30-minute Open Studio to linger, create, and connect. This will be about 10 hours total of repeated connection and research shows that meeting people takes repetition and opportunities that help give permission to connect.
Over the four weeks, we'll also build a collaborative community mural and interactive wall of notes—something created from the voices and contributions of the people who gather.
No art experience needed. You don't need to be naturally outgoing. This isn't therapy—it's facilitated community because we all need a little help connecting!
Facilitated by Christy Forrester, a licensed couple & family therapist with an interest in creativity, relationships, and belonging, this group is not therapy, but a welcoming community created to help rediscover a little of the light of our village and what can grow when we keep showing up together.

$200 for 10 hours of fun or $150 for members!

If you'd like bring a sketchbook, journal, watercolors, knitting, drawing supplies or another small creative project if you'd like. You can also bring something that inspires you—a poem, song, object, story, image, or idea you'd like to share or brainstorm. Materials for the collaborative project will be provided.
