Hi! I’m Motoko, the founder of Art Sushi Vancouver. 🍣✨

I started this group because I wanted to bring something truly unique to Vancouver. "Kazari Maki Sushi" (Decorative Art Sushi) is a special traditional craft from my hometown in Japan, and I realized no one was sharing this beautiful art here yet!

What is Art Sushi?
It’s a blend of traditional Japanese culinary techniques and modern "Kawaii" (cute) designs. It’s not just a cooking class—it’s like a creative craft workshop where your final masterpiece is delicious to eat! 🎨🍱
