This is a group for anyone interested in art therapy, creative expression and mental health.

Art therapy involves the use of creative techniques to help people express themselves
artistically and examine the psychological and emotional undertones in their art.
During meetings you will get to know creative and unique tools for personal
development that help dealing with stresses, problems; lead to better understanding of your current emotional state and adjust your wellbeing.
