Come for a 2.5-hour wellness workshop for adults (18+) combining intuitive art making and accessible yoga, hosted on Sunday, September 6th. At this workshop, we will explore mandala art and chair yoga. You can expect to unwind in an all-inclusive and peaceful environment, where you can experience a balanced blend of creative expression and physical relaxation. No artistic or yoga background is needed. The core philosophy of this session is process over outcome; it is purely a low-pressure space to explore, move, and reconnect with yourself.
The event will include a 1.5-hour guided mandala making session followed by a 45-minute chair yoga class; accessible to all body types as we will be using a chair to support ourselves. There will also be a light Chinese vegetarian meal with a non-alcoholic beverage included, served at the end of the event.
So there's no need to bring anything other than yourself as all materials are provided. Wear some comfortable clothing, grab your friends, bring an open mind and good vibes, and see you there!
We have space for a maximum of 8 participants, so be sure to book your spot ASAP.
