Fused glass workshop with Melissa Campbell

Let's create a decorative fused glass piece with texture and depth, guided by a professional glass artist!

Choose your project from the following:
- a 5-6" hanging ocean wave
- a bird on an oak stand or to hang
- a 2x8" wall hanging
- two garden stakes
(Examples in the event cover photo.)

How it works: we'll use a clear precut base and add design elements to it, including specially made embellishments like multicolored fit balls, frit lace, vitrigraph, etc. Our projects will then go into a kiln and will be ready for pickup a week later.

How is this different from our previous glass workshops? As you can probably tell from looking at the "ocean wave" project, this will be a somewhat more advanced class, and Melissa will be showing us different techniques to create texture with glass. We'll also have new types of embellishments to work with. Plus, this special workshop is just for our group!

Venue: Glass Designs by Melissa, 902 E Grand Ave, Arroyo Grande (corner of Halcyon). Parking and door are in the back.
Cost: $70, paid by Venmo or cash.
