How do we tell a story and create an emotional experience using a series of images? Let’s learn in this fun illustration workshop!
We’ll do a storytelling exercise, use our imagination, and create small thumbnail sketches to storyboard our ideas. Then we’ll pick a few sketches and turn them into larger illustrations using watercolors and pens.
You don’t have to be good at drawing, and our illustrations will probably look much simpler than the example on the event cover. 😅 You can create a feeling and a narrative even with a stick figure! It’s about experiencing the process of telling a story with pictures.
P. S. I was told that the instructor is a cool person who makes workshops a lot of fun.
