Cyanotype print workshop
Details
Let's create some beautiful blue-and-white prints! How cyanotype printing works: we place objects or stencils on light-sensitive paper to create a unique design, expose the paper to the sun or UV light, and finally rinse to reveal the finished product.
Instructor: Linda Cunningham
Cost: $45 (pay in class by cash, check, or Venmo)
Location: Linda's art studio near Pomeroy Rd, Nipomo (the exact address will be provided after signing up)
*TO REGISTER*
Call or text Linda at 805-478-2158.
Please bring some snacks with you, as the workshop runs through lunchtime. Linda explained to me that this timing is ideal because paper is best exposed to sunlight when the Sun is high in the sky — around midday. And if we don't have enough sunlight on that day, we'll use a UV lamp instead.
