Friday Night! RomCom Play at Keegan Theater in Dupont - Ticket Purchase Required

Details

The Keegan Theater is a cool, intimate theater just a couple blocks off Dupont Circle - we've had good experiences there. Friday evening at 8 pm is the one discounted performance of their summer comedy, titled Apropos of Nothing, A Comedy, so tickets cost just $20, compared to the usual $40-$50. No fees.

You can purchase your ticket here by clicking Get Tickets, then selecting Friday, July 11, and Book Now, and selecting your seat. I chose B1 and B3. All seats are good. There's also a Dupont Art Walk before if you're interested.

The plot: Owen confesses, apropos of nothing, that he’s in love with his best friend’s wife. But it’s just “a passing phase,” he tells him. “Forget I even said it.” Unfortunately, no one can. And now that it’s out there, everyone’s lives are suddenly turned upside down. With the help of a precocious millennial all parties are soon forced to examine their lives and relationships for the first time. In a comedy about love, irony, and cliche, five friends struggle with… well… love, irony, and cliche.

The play runs 90 minutes.
