Artistic Artifacts (https://www.artisticartifacts.com) at 4750 Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria, VA is the source for the latest “creative finds for creative minds” — no matter your medium, you'll find products, and techniques for your fiber and mixed media projects. Paid classes/workshops with talented instructors and special events are scheduled on a regular basis, and our shop is also home to the monthly meetings of Judy’s Altered Minds (JAMs), a free altered art group open to all who are interested. We’re an authorized BERNINA dealer and carry a full line of WonderFil Specialty Threads as well as a full range of fabrics and art supplies. Beaded Bezels with Amy Castine

Location: Upstairs classroom (access via stairs only)Join us to remake a traditional 15 in. quilt block with a pentagon star center set in a circle. Dudley will teach you how to use templates to cut the pieces as well as the different techniques for machine piecing — including piecing the circle within the square block. Our Alexandria, VA store hours are Tues-Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Sew Posh Santa with Dudley Shugart
Artistic Artifacts, 4750 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA, USJoin us to create the Posh Santa large wall hanging by Sew Kind of Wonderful. Dudley will teach you how to cut out the pattern pieces using the Mini Curve Ruler to cut and piece Santa, then sewing and trimming the pieces accurately. By the end of class Santa should be almost completed and ready for your holiday décor — or presented as a gorgeous handmade gift!
