# Creative Flow
Creative Flow is a weekly virtual electronic music experience for movement, creativity, and connection.
It blends live electronic music, guided movement, mindfulness, and structured creative practice to help people enter flow states, create in real time, and connect with others doing the same.

## What we believe
Creativity thrives in community. In a world that often isolates expression and turns it into something private, delayed, or performative, this is a space where people gather in real time to move, create, and witness each other.
We choose presence over isolation, participation over spectatorship, and practice over perfection.
Electronic music is not just something to listen to, but something to move through and create with. From house and techno to trance, hardstyle, drum and bass, and bass music, this sound carries rhythm, release, and emotional transformation.
The groove of house, the hypnotics of techno, and the euphoria of trance are already powerful experiences on their own. Here, we use them as a shared container for creativity, movement, and connection.

## Logistics
When: Every Wednesday, 7:00–8:30pm PT / 10:00–11:30pm ET
Where: Online via Zoom
Cameras required: This is a live, participatory space. We see each other, move together, and create in real time. Come ready to be fully present.

## Agenda
### 1. Arrival & Grounding (10 min)
We arrive, settle in, and shift out of the outside world with a simple guided grounding into shared presence.
### 2. Creative Check-In (20 min)
We share where we are, what we are working through, and what we are creating. We witness each other without judgement.
### 3. Movement & Live Electronic Music (20 min)
We move together to live electronic music. This is about embodiment, release, and stepping out of the thinking mind.
### 4. Mindfulness (5 min)
A guided meditation to settle into presence and creative focus.
### 5. Creative Flow Sprint (15 min)
We enter a focused creative session. This can be writing, music, visual art, movement, or simply working through something personally or creatively. You can also journal, reflect, or use the time to make progress on anything you’ve been avoiding. The goal is simple: create forward motion in whatever form you need.
### 6. Share & Connect (20 min)
We return to share what emerged and what we are working on. We offer support, reflect on progress, and help each other identify next steps. This is also a space to connect, collaborate, and build relationships with others in the room.
