Come hang out, relax with the community, and enjoy a Sound Bath and Light Healing Session.

Release tension with the practice of presence through sound and light to align the heart, mind, and body with the inner being.
When the body becomes relaxed, it starts to heal as the vibrations travel through the body on a deep molecular level.
Reiki energy will be channeled throughout the session, and tapping (Emotional freedom technique) will be used.
Each session is unique in focus and instrument mix, including voice.
This session will focus on guided meditation, visualization, chakra connections, energetic release, and how intuition feels in the body.
PS: Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort.
