Denver Sound Journey: Deep Meditative State

Come relax with the community and enjoy a Sound and Light Healing Session.
When we reach a higher state of consciousness, we might have what is called a "contact experience".
Healing frequencies in connection with the Alpha and Gamma states, chakras to inspire energetic upgrades in sync with Reiki, Tapping, Vocal Toning, Guided Meditation, and relaxing Breath Work. Various instruments are used, such as 432 singing bowls, crystal triangles, wave drums, gongs, and background beats. You will feel some shift within you.

Release tension and shake off the day with the practice of presence through sound and light to align with inner being.

When the body becomes relaxed, it starts to heal as the vibrations travel through the body on a deep molecular level.

Reiki energy will be channeled throughout the session, and tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) will be used.

Each session is unique in theme, focus, and instrument mix + voice, and can include guided meditation, breath work, movement, visualization, energetic release, poetry, a creative exercise, and how intuition feels in the body.
