What we’re about
Come and practice Qigong in a park with us. (Pronounced Chee Gong.)
If you’re new to Qigong, welcome! If you’ve practiced Qigong or Tai Chi or another Martial Art, welcome!
We will practice Taoist Qigong together for around 60 minutes in Arvada parks. The practices will be lead by Brian, a certified Qigong instructor. Brian studies Taoist and Medical Qigong.
During the winter months we will hibernate by practicing indoors, with the option of moving outside on nice days.
