Ascending Dragons Fellowship is about spiritual awakening, achieving our human potential, and ending unnecessary suffering through powerful transformative practices.
And I want to make something clear from the beginning:

Ascending Dragons Fellowship is for you.

This isn't meant to be my Fellowship. It's something we're creating together. Every person who practices with us, participates, contributes, volunteers, shares our mission, or simply shows up helps shape what this community becomes.

To help this mission grow, we ask those who are able to make a donation of any amount. Contributions help support the Fellowship, expand our outreach and advertising, and bring this community to as many people as possible.

There is no required donation amount. Give according to your means and what this mission means to you. Cost should never prevent someone from being part of this community.
If you feel called to support the Fellowship consistently, you can also become a monthly member.

Our suggested membership is $33 per month, with options starting at $15, and membership includes weekly Ascending Dragons Path group coaching and Q&A.

## Our Mission

We work to upgrade the nervous system—developing greater resilience, awareness, inner peace, and the capacity to navigate and excel through life's challenges.
The goal isn't to escape life. It's to develop the inner capacity, guided by the Divine, to show up more fully for the people we love, our purpose, and the life we've been given.

We host online gatherings open to people anywhere in the world and in-person events throughout Palm Beach County.
Our main Spiritual Awakening Gatherings—what I sometimes call Spiritual Awakening Church—combine:
• Casual Conversation
• Devotional Chanting
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork
• Practical Spiritual Teaching
• Community Discussion & Introspection
We also host relaxed events like Coffee & Conversation and other informal get-togethers.
Spiritual relationships matter here. We want people to practice together, make friends, laugh, talk about life, and have a good time.

## About Ascending Dragons

My name is Steven. For much of my life, my spiritual foundation was rooted in evangelical Christianity. About three years ago, a profound spiritual awakening involving mystical dreams, visions, and transformative experiences reshaped my understanding of God and spirituality.

That journey led me into Kriya Yoga, Christian mysticism, Buddhism, Hinduism, neuroscience, and the practical disciplines of inner transformation—and eventually gave birth to Ascending Dragons Fellowship.

Our mission is to provide a sacred, practical path of spiritual awakening that bridges the gap between dogmatic religion and unstructured New Age spirituality.
Our long-term goal is to develop Ascending Dragons Fellowship as a nonprofit dedicated to making spiritual awakening and personal transformation more practical, accessible, comfortable, and inclusive.

Rather than debating beliefs, we focus on practices that quiet the mind, strengthen the nervous system, transform the heart, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate our relationship with the Divine.

If Ascending Dragons begins to feel like your spiritual home—or one of them—we invite you to become a monthly member and help build this mission together.
Our suggested membership is $33 per month, but you can choose an amount as low as $15, depending on what you can afford.

We don't want finances to exclude anyone.
Membership says: “This community matters to me, and I want to help it grow.”
Members are invited to weekly Ascending Dragons Path group coaching and Q&A, providing practical guidance, accountability, support, and opportunities to ask questions about your spiritual practice.

We believe there is a smarter starting point for people who want to establish a meditative discipline and transform their lives and nervous systems. Our approach is practical, integrative, progressive, and adaptable to the individual.

Members can progress through the Five-Step Ascending Dragons Path of Transformation & Awakening, culminating in the A.D. Ngöndro-Inspired Path, while working toward practice milestones and physical gold reward coins commemorating their discipline and progress.
You don't have to participate in coaching to call Ascending Dragons your spiritual home.

Membership is ultimately about supporting the community and its mission.

Choosing to invest our time, attention, energy, and finances in something is also a way of organizing our lives around what matters. It's a way of saying to ourselves and to the universe:
“This matters to me.”

## What to Expect

We usually begin by hanging out and getting to know each other, followed by devotional chanting or prayer, guided meditation, breathwork, or nervous-system practices.
I'll then share a brief spiritual teaching focused on practical application, followed by open community conversation, introspection, and connection.
You don't need meditation experience or your spiritual beliefs figured out.
Just come as you are.

We're building more than a calendar of events.
Our goal is a genuine spiritual community where people can practice together, develop meaningful friendships, explore the deeper questions of life, and support one another as we grow.
Some gatherings are structured and contemplative. Others might simply involve sitting around a table with coffee and talking about spirituality, awakening, relationships, or life.
Whether you're experiencing a spiritual awakening, looking for a meditation community, searching for deeper spiritual friendships, or simply curious, we'd love to meet you.
