Join us for a slow-paced, soul-level walk through Algonkian Regional Park — a beautiful, wooded riverside trail in Sterling, VA. We’ll meet in the morning, walk together in a loop, and create space for reflection, laughter, and honest conversation.

This isn’t a fitness walk — it’s a conversation walk. No judgment, no performance — just movement, presence, and connection with others navigating midlife shifts.
