This group aims to bring together astrology enthusiasts across Asheville and surrounding areas through primarily in-person events with occasional virtual offerings.
*Formerly Asheville Friends of Astrology, this group is now a separate entity and not related to AFOA.*
Group policies:
- 4 or more No Shows will result in being removed from the group. Please only RSVP to events you plan on coming to
- No self-promotion, unless you are cohosting an event - self-promotion outside of cohosting is grounds for being removed from the group

An Introduction to Local Space AstroMapping
Skyland/South Buncombe Library, 260 Overlook Road, Asheville, NC, USHi friends!

Due to popular demand, we'll be offering a casual introduction to Local Space mapping techniques, a branch of AstroMapping, in the South Buncombe/Skyland Library meeting room on May 12th. Rae Gholson, AAC's organizer, will introduce the topic, and we will take chart examples from attendees if time permits.
Rae's astrological specialty is AstroMapping, having studied the topic extensively at Kepler College, where she is a Teacher's Assistant for their various AstroMapping courses.
Light refreshments will be provided, but if you feel called to bring snacks for the group, feel free!
