About us
We’re a community of moms coming together to support each other through the ups and downs of motherhood. Our space is dedicated to mindfulness, authentic connections, and creating a non-judgmental environment where every mom can feel seen and valued. We’re all about fostering meaningful connections and supporting each other as we navigate parenthood with compassion and openness. We look forward to being a welcoming and positive part of this community.

About this Space
This is a six-week series designed to be experienced together, not a drop-in session. Participants are asked to attend the first session and commit to at least three weeks to help create continuity, trust, and care within the group. Life happens, but returning to the same space over time allows for deeper reflection and connection.

About this Series
Living in this world asks a lot of our bodies. We carry inherited stories, past versions of ourselves, and steady pressure to look or be different. Over time, many of us learn to relate to our bodies as something to fix rather than something to care for and enjoy.
—How It Works
• Free and confidential – hosted on Totem’s secure platform
• Guided sharing – everyone gets a turn, with no pressure to overshare
• Family-friendly – babies, toddlers, and background noise welcome
