About us
Welcome to the Asheville Diners Club!
Love discovering hidden food gems, supporting local restaurants, and making new friends? This group is for adults in the 25-45 age-range who enjoy great meals in a fun, social atmosphere.
We’ll explore everything from under-the-radar bars with amazing chefs to minority-owned restaurants, food trucks, local markets, and spots that aren’t necessarily on everyone’s Top 10 list.
Think tasty surprises, interesting flavors, and a chance to share laughs with fellow food lovers. We want to create friendships that extend beyond the dinner table.
Whether you’re new to Asheville or a longtime local, we’d love for you to join us, suggest your favorite spots, and be part of our foodie adventures.
I've specified an age range for this group because there is already the Asheville Food & Wine Society MeetUp that tends to skew older.
Let's eat!

Guajiro Cuban Comfort Food at Hi-Wire Biltmore
Hi-Wire Biltmore, 2a Huntsman Pl, Asheville, NC, USGuajiro is the brainchild of a second-generation Cuban-American who wanted to bring the flavors of his grandmother's home cooking to our community.
As a Miami native, I'd put this food truck up against any Cuban I've ever had. Some of the highlights are the lechon asado, pollo a la plancha, croquetas, and a traditional Cuban sandwich. Here's the website if you want to see the full menu: https://www.guajiroasheville.com/
The food truck is located at Hi-Wire Brewing Biltmore, and has been there since Helene messed up their original digs in the River Arts District.
Let's get together and support a spot with a type of cuisine we don't see much in the area. And it's at a brewery, so... beer!
Hope to see you wonderful people there!
