Guajiro is the brainchild of a second-generation Cuban-American who wanted to bring the flavors of his grandmother's home cooking to our community.
As a Miami native, I'd put this food truck up against any Cuban I've ever had. Some of the highlights are the lechon asado, pollo a la plancha, croquetas, and a traditional Cuban sandwich. Here's the website if you want to see the full menu: https://www.guajiroasheville.com/
The food truck is located at Hi-Wire Brewing Biltmore, and has been there since Helene messed up their original digs in the River Arts District.
Let's get together and support a spot with a type of cuisine we don't see much in the area. And it's at a brewery, so... beer!
