Who says you need meat to have an amazing meal?
For our next adventure, I've made us a reservation at plant. This restaurant has been serving elevated vegan cuisine to the Asheville community since 2011 and has been recognized as one of the country's top vegan restaurants by Zagat and Food and Wine.

This is a small restaurant with only 47 seats total. I've made a reservation for 10, which is 1/5 of their total seating, SO IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, so I can let them know ahead of time. I'd hate to take up a big chunk of their potential seating (and thus $$$) for a night.
This should be a really good one and it's been on my personal bucket list for a while. I hope to see plenty of you there :)
