Palmar Latin Kitchen

This latest restaurant aims to be a spot where "guests come for the food and stay for the conversation." Sounds right up our alley, so let's give it a shot!

Palmar Latin Kitchen is a newbie on the Asheville dining scene. It's an upscale Latin dining concept created by Chef Carlos Torres, focused on bringing polished dishes rooted in tradition but with enough twists to keep things interesting.

The restaurant operates as a dinner pop-up inside Bru Cafe in downtown Asheville. It's pricey, but looks well worth it for a style of cuisine we don't typically have authentically done here.

It's downtown so plenty to do after if we want to keep things going like usual.
