An afternoon built around actually experiencing Asheville's wellness community — not just walking past it.
Taste of Wellness Asheville 2026 brings together more than 30 of the area's leading wellness practitioners and experts for one afternoon of solo sessions, group experiences, and short talks, plus a marketplace of local wellness vendors. Not a lap around a wellness fair — real, hands-on time with the people who actually do this work.

Solo sessions get you real time with a practitioner, one-on-one, not a sales pitch. Then there's the group side — sound baths, energy healing, guided experiences you move through with the room. In between, short talks from community wellness leaders cover movement, nutrition, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and more. There's a vendor marketplace to browse too, plus opening and closing ceremonies that tie the afternoon together. Mostly, though, it's a chance to meet the people behind Asheville's wellness community and find a practitioner or two worth going back to.

General Admission gets you into the opening and closing ceremonies, all of the short talks, and the vendor marketplace. The Ultimate Pass adds three solo or group wellness mini-sessions you reserve in advance, so you walk in already knowing who and what modality you'll be experiencing.
