This meetup is for anyone who would like to know more about how real estate transactions work, whether you've been considering buying or selling a home or even if you're thinking about becoming a licensed REALTOR® yourself. I'm a local real estate agent with Keller Williams Santa Monica (BRE #01975688, Office BRE #01499010), and I have a background in graduate-level research and education. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into easy to understand language.
If you're curious about what the housing market is doing in a given area, how home values are estimated, or just how the whole home buying or selling process works, then this is the meetup for you. Pull up a chair and I'll answer your questions in a relaxed environment.
