Matej found his purpose in turning chaos into order and helping others do the same. It nicely reflects his career path from his initial struggle of freelancing as a jack-of-all-trades to his current role at heureka!group. He's also an occasional musician, wannabe comedian and a big fan of outdoors, running, kettlebells and deep conversations with deep people.

During her nine years of experience as a UX Researcher at Alma Career (formerly LMC), Ivana also led the UXR team for a couple of years, initiated the creation of democratized UX research and pushed for the creation of the Research Operations role. She is the main creator of the UX Research Academy (UXRA) to support democratized UX research in Alma Career. Additionally, Ivana is a professional aerial acrobat and Dance Movement Therapist.
