We’ve all been there: pitching research (or any approach to people who don't want to change what “is working”) can be demanding and stressful. While creating research strategies and building a research culture in companies, I crafted a framework to help others recognize the strength of research. This framework became my go-to recipe for success - a simple set of steps that makes research irresistible instead of intimidating. And it's incredibly similar to a mundane thing: hosting a dinner party. 🥂

In this talk, I’ll share the 5 steps I am using to turn skeptics into fans: from getting to know your “guests” and serving small, tasty wins, to tailoring insights to each stakeholder’s appetite and delivering results while the hunger is real.
