Introductions, and discussion of more permanent meetup spot

We should discuss our meetup format. We will need to determine how to go about coordinating multiple languages and see how much overlap there is between the languages that each of us is practicing/learning. Next we can focus on recruiting members who speak the languages which have the fewest representatives so that those practicing these languages will have more help.
