Join us for the aperitivo buffet, grab your glass of wine and walk around to taste the creations of the home-cooks in the baking contest and cast your vote!
If you are a home-baker, don't be shy! Dare to bring your bake and you could earn one of the three prizes available.
You don't need to have taken your starter from me, neither must you be a pro! The only requirement is to bake with sourdough. Please get in touch to register as a contestant. The participation fee is included!
If you have never tried, you can still get some starter from me before the event or at the event. You can reserve your batch up to March 5th.
We will share experiences, tips and recipes, and enjoy a range of different aperitivo dishes, including sourdough focaccia and plenty of vegetarian options.
• 1st prize - solid wood kneading board (60x40) + dough cutter + organic cotton bag to store your loaves + the book "Food rules" by Michael Pollan.
