Welcome to the Astoria Gay Book Club! If you are a gay who loves books and wants to build a supportive community, we would love for you to join us.
The book club aims to be a supportive and welcoming space for queer and LGBTQ+ men. Whether you just moved to Astoria or NYC, you are an avid bookworm, or just want to meet new people, this space is for you. Our monthly meetups strive to be low-key and inclusive. Everyone is welcome.
Join us for good discussions, new friendships, and a welcoming space to explore our shared passions. Meetings will start with brief introductions and time for folks to grab drinks, socialize and then we begin our book discussion. You do not have to finish the book to participate. We hope to see you soon!
*Monthly meetings take place every 3rd Thursday unless otherwise noted at Fresco's. And we usually have a monthly social separate from the book club*
