Formerly called the 90-Day OBE Guide Study Group, we realized we were having the most fun sharing our astral-related experiences of the week. After 1.5 years, no single member has achieved all 90 days, and I don't mean consecutively, I mean at all :) AP is hard! OBE's take practice and persistence! Getting yourself to meditate regularly will affect, and sometimes conflict, with all areas of your life in some way. Call in and share your questions, fears, challenges, and successes. No experience required.

What is Astral Projection?

Astral Projection/OBE is the ability to leave your physical body to experience the greater reality. Experts say we do this every night, but the memory is lost or discounted as a dream. Leaving the body deliberately and consciously requires a delicate balance of focus, detachment, and trance states to achieve.Robert Peterson writes excellent book reviews and has written a few OBE books himself, check them out HERE (http://robertpeterson.org/BookReviews.html).

How do you project?

There are many how-to books out there, but my personal favorite is the very straightforward, down to earth, step by step, how-to-only guide by Robert Bruce called Mastering Astral Projection, 90-Day Guide to Out of Body Experiences. There's hardly any reading to do before diving right in. Bruce has been helping others leave their body since 1995 and has excellent books and videos on the subject. A heads up though - it will take way more than 90 days!

Any requirements for joining?

Just a curiosity for AP/OBE and a phone with free long distance to the U.S. No need to live in Austin, Vegas, or even the U.S.!

Every week we will do a "checkup" and take turns sharing if we did a couple of the 90-Day days that week or not, synchronicities, lucid dreams, OBE's as rare as they may be, tips and lessons learned, and then have an open Q&A. We add a quick intro of ourselves when a new person joins in.

If we aren't there right at the start, hang in there! We started this phone group on September 22, 2013, and we haven't missed a Sunday since the group started. Feel free to leave early or call in late to see if we're still there. You will hear hold music if nobody is there.

What you think about, you dream about. That's why doing Reality Checks during the day work so well. There's something about simply checking in and sharing with others that helps us keep on track. Please come anyway even if you have nothing to share, maybe it'll inspire your subconscious for the next week!
