// Can YOU be a CTO? Spoiler: YES!

So you’re thinking about the next step in your career. Should you switch tech stacks? Move to the backend? Become an architect? Should you even stay technical or take the management route instead? So confusing.
But wait.
Have you considered becoming a CTO?
Let’s talk about the CTO role, what it requires and whether you have what it takes to become one.

// How does data science revolutionize the traditional world of machines

Machine learning is rapidly entering many domains in the SW industry - allowing us to automate and achieve capabilities we didn’t envision as possible in the past. In this talk, I’ll share my journey of exploring machine learning capabilities and leveraging them for improving maintenance of actual machines.

As part of my role as R&D group lead at the Israeli Navy's technological unit, I deal a lot with vehicles, engines and machines. As part of my goal of improving machines maintenance efficiency I’ve explored and introduced predictive maintenance practices based on data science and machine learning solutions that were not part of our toolkit up-to that point.

Hopefully, this talk will ignite your imagination of additional arenas machine, software of human based where machine learning could help leap into the future.
